**AECOM** is seeking a Entry Level Structural Engineer to be based in Denver, Colorado.
This position is expected to begin in May/June 2023, although exact start date is flexible.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and schematic drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
+ Performs quantity takeoffs of project structural components
+ Staff Engineers are responsible for performing specific tasks and limited portions of broader assignments and will receive close supervision, guidance, and mentoring from experienced engineers in the office.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
+ Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam or capability to take the exam within 1 year of start date.
+ Experience/interest in structural concrete design and structural steel design.
+ Interest in hydraulic structures and water resources projects.
+ Valid Driver’s License
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Microsoft products, Mathcad, SAP2000, or other structural modeling software.
+ Master’s degree in structural engineering or 2 years of relevant experience.

+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range is $60,029.5-$80,665.57/annually (exempt).
